89 g is a Boduel portion quantity and it is our recommended daily intake as it contains 20% RDI of calories, 30% of Vitamins and Minerals. and over 50% of proteins. Boduel is best enjoyed as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

In situations when you don’t have time to prepare or eat your meal we can say yes as it is nutritionally fully complete. But Boduel should be consumed as a part of regular diet, not as a full food replacement on the long run. With Boduel you can regulate your weight, nevertheless you want to gain or lose it, but it requires control of complete diet including regular food.

Boduel powder is packed in sachets (from 60 to 89g depending on the product type) making it perfect and convenient savior during travel or busy day. It is also packed in bigger bags (from 520 to 623g depending on the product) making it perfect for your weekly meals. Pour 350ml of water, milk or plant based beverage into the shaker, and add the powder content from the sachet or 2-3 full scoops from the big bag (depending on the product type). Mix it well and enjoy.

Nutri-Score is a five-colour nutrition label and nutritional rating system. It is designed and developed to help consumers understand the overall nutritional value of food products. The system uses a traffic light colour-coded letter scale to indicate how balanced or unbalanced a food product is. The scale ranges from A (healthier choices) to E (less healthy choices).

Nutritional contents negatively (N) affecting the Nutri-Score are:
high energy density per 100 g or per 100 ml,
high sugar content,

On the basis of its calculation algorithm, the system awards 0 to 10 points for energy value and ingredients that should be limited in the diet, i.e.: saturated fatty acids, fat,sugar and salt; and 0 to 5 points for beneficial ingredients whose consumption should be promoted.

Products with a NutriScore value of -1 or below receive an A grade, while those with a value between 0 and 2 are classified as B. Products scoring between 3 and 10 receive a C grade, whereas those scoring 11 to 18 are assigned a D grade. Finally, products with a NutriScore value above 19 receive an E grade.[14]

No, Boduel powder and ready to drink products are ambient products which can be stored on temperatures between 6°-22°C. Once one mixed with liquid or opened it should be consumed within couple of hours.

Boduel powders and drinks have a shelf life of 10 months.

Boduel is developed to replace meals in siutations when you don’t have time to eat or prepare your regular meal. It can be used as weight gainer as it contains almost 400kcal (depending on the product type), as well as a weight loss product in your diet. Both activities have to be monitored and carefully controlled. Each human body has a different metabolism and specific needs, so a diet has to be carefully selected.

Boduel is gluten free ( ≤ 20 ppm) and lactose free ( ≤ 20 ppm) making it perfect for Vegans.
Additionally, Boduel drinks are produced in facility that also processes soy and sunflower seeds, and therefore it might contain traces of those ingredients.

Yes, Boduel is lactose free (≤ 20 ppm). It doesn’t contain any milk or animal products. Proteins used are plant based, extracted from Faba bean.

Yes, Boduel is 100% gluten free (≤ 20 ppm) . Oat syrup we are using is certified by our supplier as a gluten free.

Each serving provides 30–35 g of faba bean protein, depending on the product. That’s roughly half of your daily protein needs — delivered in a clean, plant‑based form that’s naturally easier to digest.

Boduel is 100% Vegan. We are taking care of animal cruelty and we are not using any animal based ingredient in our product. With this in mind we care about nature and sustainbility. This is our contribution to better tomorrow and CO2 emission.

Definitely, as it contains all necessary vitamins and minerals which needs to be added to pregnant women diet. If combined with other supplements like folic acid it has to be controlled not to overcome 500 mcg in total on a daily basis.

Boduel isn’t designed for children, as their vitamin and mineral needs differ from those of adults. For healthy growth and long‑term habits, we always recommend a regular, balanced diet tailored to their age and development. However, it cannot harm them if they drink it.

As Boduel Chocolate and Frutits do not contain any added sugars they have a low GI. Aftwerworkout contains Palatinose and Dextrose and with those two sugar types it’s glycemic index is higher, but again lower than regular sugar.

We process and pack orders very quickly, so once your order has been received and paid for, it cannot be modified or canceled. This includes changes to products, shipping addresses, and payment methods.
However, you can return unopened products and request a refund.
